If your order is returned to me as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping info you are responsible for the additional cost to ship it out again. Otherwise, I will cancel the order and credit back the sale amount less the shipping charge that I've incurred for the original shipment. No exceptions.

This is my second time ordering from this shop, my first order was about a year ago for 3 pillow cases and I’ve been so happy with them that this time around I got 4 more. I’m so impressed with the quality, the vibrancy of the colors, and the craftsmanship. I have both the standard and velvet fabrics and they are nice thick fabrics. The stitching is so well done and consistent, there are no visible or loose threads and no bunching of fabric, they look very professional! They even take the extra care to match the invisible zipper to the color fabric you choose. Shipping is very fast! I will continue to be a repeat customer here and hope to see more colors available in the future!
