If your order is returned to me as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping info you are responsible for the additional cost to ship it out again. Otherwise, I will cancel the order and credit back the sale amount less the shipping charge that I've incurred for the original shipment. No exceptions.

I'm so happy with this bolster, which I place under my knees to support my back. I was delighted to find this custom-designed option, since none of the off-the-shelf bolsters had measurements that worked for me. It appears to be very well made and arrived amazingly fast. I only wish that there was less plastic used in the packaging process. Would be great to use a more eco-friendly alternative.
