If your order is returned to me as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping info you are responsible for the additional cost to ship it out again. Otherwise, I will cancel the order and credit back the sale amount less the shipping charge that I've incurred for the original shipment. No exceptions.

I love these pillows so much, they are amazing quality, gorgeous material and SO WELL MADE. My mum came over as I was putting them on my bed and I had to keep an eye on her. She loved them too and I thought she may leave with them 💕🤣 so that's a Christmas present ticked off the list too. Seller was a pleasure to talk to and shipping was so quick I had no idea what I'd ordered when they turned up because I thought they'd take longer to make and ship. If I had something called patience I would have asked for a few fabric samples because I would have chosen a lighter color in hindsight for the background pillows but they are perfect and as the colour looked on the pic I just had so many options to choose from! And I don't have patience... so ... probably will end up ordering more 🤣

Wow!!!!!!! I ordered 3 different sizes and 2 different colors and they are all amazing. The quality is a 10. I ordered custom sizes and when messaging with soft home textile, they got back to me quickly. I can’t wait to order from them again.
