    Upon getting my package I was very excited. I was unfortunately saddened that it was the color that I was hoping to get which was an off-white ivory tone. And while I did purchase "ivory" it looked more like beige in my opinion. So I messaged the seller. Their message was super informative and they were very nice and offered a solution. I realized I was in error before making the purchase, which means I am still left with the product, as this seller has a no return policy which I 100% respect. I ultimately just cant use it as it is not the color I wanted, so I will be gifting this item to my mom. It is great quality and very well made. I would definitely purchase with this seller, just be mindful of the color you are choosing.
