If your order is returned to me as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping info you are responsible for the additional cost to ship it out again. Otherwise, I will cancel the order and credit back the sale amount less the shipping charge that I've incurred for the original shipment. No exceptions.

Inci was so incredibly helpful! I had such a hard time deciding on the colors. She was helpful & patient with all of my questions. She even sent me several photos of the specific colors I was deliberating over, so I could see the contrast. The entire transaction was super speedy! I’m so amazed that she can make a custom, high quality item, ship it & have it received by the customer in only 6 days. Less than a week! Brilliant! I will definitely be buying more in the future!
