If your order is returned to me as "unable to deliver" due to incorrect shipping info you are responsible for the additional cost to ship it out again. Otherwise, I will cancel the order and credit back the sale amount less the shipping charge that I've incurred for the original shipment. No exceptions.

I would buy 10 more of these pillow cases if I truly needed it. I have had it for a few months now and it is holding up very well. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. It is such a stunning pillow case. I can only give 3 to 4 stars for shipping because it took a while. However, that would not discourage me from purchasing it again. I completely understand that it is coming from another country.
